Do:

• Use a soft bristled tooth brush and a proper technique involving brushing firmly and every nook and corner of your mouth. Do not apply force or you will take off the enamel over time.
• Sprinkle a tiny amount of baking soda on your tooth paste while brushing and then rinse throughly with water.
• Buy some peroxide and and gargle with a capful of it after brushing your teeth. Rinse throughly with water once done.

• One of the easiest ways of getting rid on yellow teeth is eating an apple after each mean. Some other food items such as carrots and celery are also effective to scrub of teeth stains.

• Crunches: Lay down a mat and lie down on it. Bend you knees as much as you can. Touch both your elbows to each other while keeping your palms lightly on your ears. Keeping both your hands behind your head can cause stress to your lower back and wont be good for you in the long run. Now using only your ab muscles raise your upper half of the body toward your knees. Try to touch your elbows to your knees. Do not lift your entire back from the floor, as this causes back strain. The flexing of your ab muscles when lifting your shoulders off the mat is the most important part of the exercise. Just as you lift off, pause for a moment and exhale all the air in your lungs. Inhale slowly as you go back to your original position. Breathing right is vital to building muscles. As you repeat don’t let your hear rest on the floor.
• Sit Ups: Performing sit ups regularly is another great way of developing those ab muscles. Lie down on your mat and place your fingers behind your ears. Rest your feet on the floor and bend your knees. Lift yourself completely, from the shoulder blades to your lower back. Lower yourself once again. Keep repeating. This will eventually become easy, when it does, add challenges. Strap some weight to your chest or use an inclined bench.
• Leg Lifts: While performing sit ups, lift your legs up into the air. Alternatively move your legs like you would while pedaling. If you keep your hands behind the head, then bring your knees up to touch opposite elbows, that is, right elbow to left knee. Another kind of leg lift is to lift your leg 90 degrees up in the air without bending your knees. Now lower your legs (without bending you knees of course) and repeat.
• V-ups: Lay down on your mat and straighten your legs. Place your arms above your head. Now raise your torso and legs at the same time without bending you kneed. Try to reach out and touch your toes. This will be tough but will be possible with enough practice. Hold the position for a few seconds then relax and repeat the whole exercise. If needed add some weight to your feet.
• Jackknife Sit-ups:  Once again, lay down on your mat. Keep your hands on your sides to maintain balance. Now raise your torso and knees at the same time. During this exercise you legs will fold automatically and touch your feet to your hips, looking like a jackknife. Relax your position and repeat. If you think you can handle some more pressure add more weight.

Once you start performing the above exercises regularly you will start noticing your abs develop. Now you might want to train you oblique muscles too. Oblique muscles are the ones on the sides of you stomach. Any sort of twisting against some resistance will help develop these muscles. You can use twisting machines found in gyms or twist while performing sit ups. Alternative exercises include side bends and using a medicine ball to twist your sides. Remember, your oblique muscles wont be as strong as your abs and hence you should take it easy when starting off.

Tan is referred to as yellowish brown or bronze color.   The word “tan” has been derived from “tannum”, or a trodden oak bark. The oak ark is used for tanning leather, and this process often produces a veil with a “tan” tint. The word tan was recorded as color for the first time in English in the year 1590.

The process of revealing the skin to ultraviolet (UV) radiations, to give your skin a dark color, by means of artificial sources (tanning bed) or during sun bath, is known as sun tanning. Sun tanning is also known as bronzing. Ultraviolet rays are harmful for skin as well as for health; excessive exposure of skin to UV rays could cause burn and skin cancer. Melanin is a brown- color pigment which is created by skin, to prevent it from the harmful effect of ultraviolet rays in sunlight.

If you want to look orange by getting tan during sun bath, then follow these instructions.

Instructions:

• If you want to get tan, there is no need to go on beach; you can get it in your backyard itself. Collect your tanning lotions, spray, oil, and a chair and towel.

• Check out the direction of sun and place your chair or towel accordingly.

• Before going for sun bath, apply sunscreen lotions i.e. SPF 30. If you don’t apply sunscreen lotion while tanning, the harmful rays of UV and UVB will affect your skin badly or you will get sun burn.

• If you are not using sunscreen, you will get fake, red- orange colored tan, which is very uneven and does not look good. Apply sunscreen on your body and allow it to get soaked for at least 30 to 35 minutes before going into the sun.

• To get proper tan you can take your sunbath for at least 1 to 2 hours. Two hours is more than enough to get good tan. For smooth tan lines, wear your swimsuit, due to this you will have smooth, and buttery tan.

• Wear swimsuit according to color complexion, which brings out your tan. Wear dark purples, blues, white and black color to accent your tan.

• Don’t forget to moisturize your skin, once you have tanned completely. Moisturizer is good for skin; it will keep your skin healthy and will protect it from becoming crumbling from the sun.

Tips:

• Choose your own method to get tan, which is safe according to you and will give you a proper tan look.

• If your skin is sensitive then you should start with short time. Spend 10 to 15 minutes in sun; if it is not affecting you then you can increase your time.

• If you get red spots or itching, take break for few days from tanning.

• Be careful while revealing your skin to the sun.

• Use lots of lotion to protect your skin from peeling. Apply lots of aloe if you get red spot or itching skin.
