Charisma is a particular quality, which is not easy to define, because no one really knows what charisma really means. If a person is defined as charismatic, then it means that the person has a charming and persuasive personality. People who have a charismatic personality have good communication skills and they are great at convincing people. Learning how to be charismatic can be a little tricky, because you must really know to charming and convincing.
