A wizard or a magician is someone who practices magic, obtained from the supernatural or mysterious powers. Wizards are a familiar feature in legends, paranormal studies and mythology. The magical power that the wizards possess is a natural gift. Many wizards have different powers and vast knowledge of magic.
In the history, there are many legends about the sorcerers, magicians and wizards and their background. The character of wizards is also portrayed in many movies and literature. They are usually portrayed as magicians with immense knowledge and power always on a quest, in fiction.
It is believed that the wizards learn all their spells from unusual books. The power and duration of the magic cast by the wizards is also limited, the wizards are not supposed to cast any harmful spell.
Becoming or turning into a wizard is an important decision. Here are a few steps, which will help you in becoming a wizard.
- If want to be a wizard with enormous powers then try joining a group of witches or wizards. It is also known as coven where they will teach you all the necessary skills. You will get the training in the covens to become a wizard. The members in the coven are very welcoming.

- This above-mentioned chant will help you become one with the universe. You can also write your own spells.
- To become a true wizard you have to practice hard, initially start with the most basic chants. It can be difficult sometimes but eventually you will see the result.
- If you wish to do a detailed practice, you can also use the tarot card of hierophant. This card will help you in meditation and you can learn some basic spells. This tarot card represents wisdom and authority.
- You can also try to learn some tricks about magic from various books available. Houdini is a great magician who has published books on magic. You can try to learn some tricks from this book.
- You can also perform magic tricks in front of your close ones to see how well are you progressing.
- Go to magic shows pay a close attention to the tricks. Even you can buy magic kits from the market and try to practice the initial lessons.
- You should know what kind of qualities you would like to possess as a wizard. Always keep on practicing. You can also chose a wizard deity for the same and worship him to give you the desired knowledge and focus. You can also worship the god of wisdom Odin to bless you.

You have to be a wizard to have powers like off of Wizards Of Waverly Place exept you won’t have those esact spells. Or it would just be calling it “playing with cards” or “twirling a wand”
