How to Control Excessive Sweating

Sweating excessively is a common problem for most of the people. There are various products out in the market to reduce or control excessive sweating. However, instead of using those products there are other things that you can do to control sweat. Most of these ways are natural for which you will have to make simple changes in your lifestyle. Here are some tips on how to control excessive sweating.

It is also known as very effective in unclogging the pores, which will allow your body to release the toxins, which are trapped inside the pores. However, always remember that you must never use baking soda in excess, or it will be harmful for your skin. You must not use it more than twice a week for best results.

Dietary Change

  • You may not realize this; chances are that some of the food items that you eat can cause sweating. There are some foods, which are known as sweat foods or in other terms food that can cause you to sweat excessively. Some of the sweat foods are onions, spices, caffeine and garlic. If you eat food, which is high in water content, like vegetables, it will not reduce sweating, but it will get rid of the sweat odor.

Lemon Juice

  • For lemon juice, you will have to apply it only on the areas from where you sweat excessively. You can use the actual fruit or the pre-squeezed juice of lemon. This method is used for eliminating the sweat odor, which most of the people suffer from. This method works the best because the acid, which is found in lemon, is the best for killing odor. Lemon juice cannot end your sweating problems, but it will surely kill the odor.

Zinc

  • It works in the similar way as lemon; it will give you relief from body odor, which you experience due to excessive sweating. All you need to do is take a pill of zinc once a day to get rid of the odor. However, make sure that you speak to your doctor before you take the pill and read the instructions mentioned on the medicine, as you would before taking any new supplement.

Colon Cleanse

  • This can be one the last things you can try to avoid excessive sweating. While there is no significance for this, but most of the people say that using cologne will reduce sweat. Others believe that cologne can only help in reducing the odor and not the sweat. If all the above-mentioned methods have failed then you can try using cologne.
