How to do a front tuck

  • First of all, you need to look out for a large grassy patch or few mats, if you are trying the move for the first time
  • You need to stretch before you begin the gymnastic move. To begin with the front tuck you need to warm up running for about 10 seconds. Take few steps, hop forward and leap forward by fully elongating your body. This is the well-organized way to reach highest vertical leap.
  • Place your feet close together and strongly push your body up and forward from your feet
  • Raise your arms above your head, slightly bent but ready to shoot forward. Keep your arms up during the time you are going up. Look up on a slight angle.
  • Bend your knees and tuck it close to your body, which causes you to accelerate in your rotating movement
  • As you feel your head returning to the upright position , broaden your legs out and prepare yourself  to  absorb the shock of touching the ground
  • Once your feet is about  to touch the floor, keep your feet together and your knees slightly bent so as to soften the landing
  • Finally, you complete your first front tuck. You can keep practicing and become perfect in front flip

Tips:
