Tweety is also known as tweety pie or tweety bird. It is fictional character of a yellow canary bird, which appears in the Warner Bros. Looney Tunes. The popularity of this canary bird grew later after the dissolution of the Looney Tunes. In the Golden Era of the cartoon world, Tweety appeared nearly 48 different cartoons. There have been many perceptions that people have had due to the long lashes and sweet voice, Tweety is male character. This thing was established many times in the famous series of Tweety, Slyvester and Tweety Mysteries. The tweety bird is a famous species of canary, but in the cartoon it is always been said to be a valuable bird or only specimen left. This would help in expanding the plot of the cartoon series. However, the title song of this cartoon says that it is a canary. The shape of this tweety bird is that of a baby bird.
The most part of the cartoon shows that tweety is a good-natured and happy bird. He spends his life happily in the cage singing sweet songs. Nevertheless, when a cat starts threatening him, he becomes malicious and kicks his enemy. In most of the tweety episodes, this bird is accompanied by its owner, the Granny. Tweety is a favorite character amongst the kids. Drawing a tweety bird will be very interesting, and you can stick it in your kid’s room. Below are some easy steps that will teach you how to draw tweety bird.

Steps:
- First, you will have to start with the eyes. Make two large oval shapes, which slightly tilt towards one another on the bottom. Add mouth to your character. Make a flat, rounded beak and place it just below the eyes. Make a similar shape for the square towards the beak’s side, and make a dipping line in the middle.
- Now start drawing the neck and head. Make a fat, round shape right above the eyes, and carefully curve those inwards near the mouth. To make the cheeks of tweety bird, make two large circles on both sides of the beak. Connect the cheeks to the line that makes the neck portion.
- Start making the body. Draw two lines that come down from the neck, one on both the sides. Angle them in such a way that they shape outwards with a slight curve. Make a round shape for the belly of this canary bird, and be sure to culminate two straight lines for the feet. Make sure that you carefully connect the curve of the belly to the curve of the wings.
- Start making the feet. Draw plump oval shapes with two lines in between, for the feet. Make sure that you don’t connect the sides of this oval shape. However, you will have to make a small line, which indicates the toe.
Now, give a finishing touch to tweety. In the circle drawn for the eyes, make two small circles in each eye for the pupil. Start shading the pupils, but leave a small white dot in the middle. Make three lines on top of the head for hair, and three lines above the eyes for eyelashes. Now, tweety is ready; fill in some colors and hang it in your room.
