Although the benefits of avocados are many but like any other food it has some demerits too. One should avoid overeating of the avocados. Over dose of avocado can lead to various stomach related problems. It should also be avoided with sweet juice and sweet items. For optimum digestion, it is advisable to eat them with non-sweet and non-starchy foods.
