Kids never like to eat vegetables. They avoid eating vegetables by different means. Try new Food items
Prepare some new and innovative food items, which contain lot of vegetables. Make sure that you add some colorful veggies in these new dishes. Your child will love it. Prepare Italian pasta, spaghetti or pizza with lots of vegetables and different sauces. This will add a different taste. You can prepare some tomato, capsicum, onion, corn, olives, mushrooms, cheese and sauce topping for your home made pizza. Your pizza will be colorful and your child will like to eat such a colorful pizza. You can also cook vegetables such as cabbage, cauliflower, carrot, spinach, sweet corn and baby corns, etc. and add some spicy sauce to it. Toss these boiled vegetables together in this sauce and give your child this dish to eat. Balanced diet
Don’t overfill your child with vegetables. You can make your kids eat vegetables by giving some meat, fish, chicken or eggs along with vegetables. It may happen that your child is getting irritated by eating vegetables all the time. Once or twice a week make some nice dishes. For preparing salad, use lettuce leaves, spinach leaves, boiled potatoes, onion, tomatoes, carrot, cucumber, cabbage, beet root, broccoli and many other veggies. You can add some mayonnaise on the top of this salad to make it more interesting. Add some salt, pepper and other spices so as to make it tasty. As these vegetables are raw, these vegetables are full of nutrients. Try to add fruits to your kids’ diet as well.
