Things required:

  • Hardware that the fence directions recommend
  • Shovel
  • Rope and Small Stakes
  • Adhesive
  • Screwdrivers

Instructions:

  • Get in touch with your community or other associations to get the appropriate authorization to install a fence.
  • Start with gathering the gates you desire to use and determining the location for installing the fence.
  • Stake out the property. Decide the location on which you want to set up the fence and make a spot on those locations, the railing line and door. Take measurements and mark space between the positions so that the fence parts will fit between the positions.
  • Make a hole downward to the hoarfrost line or about 40 inches deep in the ground. Remember that the average opening size should be 5×5 posts for12 feet.
  • Make another hole about the same size as the first one. Make sure that opening is clean aligned enough, so that the vinyl fences pieces will be erect. Take measurement of the space again before making holes.
  • Keep the first post inside the hole after regulating the height of the position for the fence pieces. Keep the post in the middle and fill in the gap around the post with concrete compound. Recheck to confirm that the post is smooth and cubed off before the concrete dries.
  • Attach the base rail to the first post. Tie the ends of the base rail to protect concrete leakage from the gap of the post. Put in security device rings in the end of every rail. Push the security ring tags and put in the rail in the post. Release the tags when the fence and post comes in the same place. Position a support bracer in the center of the base rail.
  • Repeat the above mentioned process again for the second post. If required, add blocks below the base rail to make sure the position is accurate.
  • Put in the center rail in the posts. Confirm that the openings are facing down when you position the center rail.
  • Position the stakes of fence pieces into the grounded holes on the base rail. For the time being, separate the center rail from the posts. Set up the top rail when you position the stakes, then add the center and top rails again to the posts.
  • Save the rails by examining for even stakes placing on the end of every rail, after that use a screw, ‘size depending on the person fence directions’ to attach the fence rails and posts. Smoothen the center rail as well and secure it in the same manner.
  • Put the door according to the directions given by the hardware package. The directions can differ according to the builders. Keep it in mind to put the door between posts and permit holes for the hinge, handle and door swing.  Confirm that the posts are plain and that you build up the door hardware to the posts. Harden the doors posts by using the process suggested by the door builder.
  • Set up caps on entire posts. You can use adhesive or another bonding agent, screws, caps and washers with the hardware.
