Things required

  • Coffee
  • Milk (hot)
  • Sugar
  • Espresso

Instructions:

  • Take a metal pitcher and pour four quarters full of whole milk in it, so that the milk reaches just about the pour spurt. Take a thermometer and place it inside the metal pitcher.
  • Boil the milk up to 150 F. Allow it to sit for a few minutes, until the temperature increases by about 6 degrees. Do not allow the temperature to exceed 155 Fahrenheit, as it can burn the tongue of the drinker.
  • You can use a steam baton and place it underneath the surface of the milk to produce bubbles and foam.
  • Keep stirring and rotating the steam in a revolving manner. When the temperature of milk reaches 100 F and is warm, get the ’steam pitcher’, increase it to avoid the frothing and then boil it until it is reaches above the temperature of 100 F.
  • Get some amount of espresso and crush it in your espresso chopper or food processor. After that, grab some amount of the espresso and place it in the ‘port filter’.
  • Provide it almost 45 lbs. of pressure and leave it locked in the machine for some time.
  • When it is ready, place your espresso shot in a coffee cup. An espresso shot is generally prepared within 20 to 25 seconds and has the least volume.
  • Now put in a little bit of foam and cream, on top of the ‘coffelatte’ surface.
