Anemia is a condition in which the red blood cells within the blood fall below the normal count. The main reason for this condition is deficiency of iron in the body. Consume sufficient amount of vitamin B12:

  • Vitamin B12 is also very essential for the synthesis of iron and production of red blood cells. If your body is not getting enough of this then it can decrease the count of RBC in the body.
  • Provide your body sufficient amount of vitamin B12 in the form of dairy products, eggs and fish.
  • Even if you are providing necessary amount of vitamin B12 to your body and the body fails to utilize it efficiently, it may cause problems. Therefore, it is very essential to take a note that your body utilizes it completely.
  • Vitamin B12 is not synthesized by the body properly only if you have a problem with its digestive tract. Take some measure to improve your digestive system if you notice any problems within your blood count.

Consume adequate amount of folic acid:
