  • Meditation will also help you in relieving anxiety. Spend some time on meditating early in the morning when you wake up.
  • You should try to make relationships with people and try participating in social activities where you can meet people and interact with them. People who believe in networking have a lot of social support. This is very good for preventing anxiety.
  • A proper and healthy diet that will help to maintain good health and gives you all the essential nutrients essential to prevent anxiety.
  • People who are addicted to drugs are often seen to be more anxious. The anxiety levels of a person increase when they are in certain citations, where they are unable to deal with it.
  • Drinking alcohol and consuming caffeine also increase anxiety, so avoid drinking alcohol and beverages that contain caffeine such as coffee and tea.
  • Some medicines when taken for a long period of time also increase the anxiety levels. Medicines used to cure heart diseases and diabetes is known to increase your anxiety levels.
  • If you are taking such medications, then try to take some supplements that will help prevent the adverse effects of these medicines. Ask your doctor for these medications. Do not take any medicines unless prescribed by a doctor.
  • Avoid taking sleeping pills and pills for avoiding sleep. They increase the anxiety levels to such an extent which is hard to control.
  • Sleep is also very essential to prevent anxiety. You should get at least 6 to 8 hours of sleep at night.
  • Eating unhealthy food is also responsible for increasing the anxiety levels in you, so try to avoid such food.
