MS or Multiple Sclerosis is caused when the protective covering of your nerves is damaged due to a defect in the autoimmune system. There is no cure for this disease, but you can take necessary precautionary measures to reduce the severity of symptoms.   • Avoid taking hot baths when you are suffering from MS. Hot baths increases the severity of attacks, making the condition worse.
  • It is also seen that adequate intake of vitamin D is essential to prevent this disease. If your body does not get adequate amount of vitamin D through the naturally available resources, it can be a reason for MS.
  • Consumption of caffeine is also found to be effective in multiple sclerosis prevention. This caffeine should be consumed in high dosage for the prevention of multiple sclerosis. It can be harmful for your health in some other ways, but it can prevent MS.
  • Proper diet is the most important factor for MS prevention. A healthy diet is essential to provide all the essential nutrients to our body. This will help in proper functioning of the body.
  • Early diagnosis of this disease is also very important in order to prevent the disease from getting worse.
  • Some of the tests, which help you to diagnose the disease, are neurological exam, blood test and cerebrospinal fluid analysis. Conducting these tests, you can easily know the severity of the disease and take proper preventive measures on time.
