Nausea is a symptom that shows that you are either infected by some toxins through food or water. Nausea can also be caused because of migraines and illnesses.   • Sometimes simple smelling a lemon can also help you ease nausea. If you suffer from motion sickness, then you can carry a lemon with you while travelling and smell the lemon for some time until you feel relaxed and relieved.
  • Apple cider vinegar is also very helpful in preventing nausea. You need to mix apple cider vinegar, honey and water in proper proportions and drink it to prevent nausea. You can drink it when cold or heat it until it becomes lukewarm and drink it.
  • Mix a tablespoon of apple cider vinegar with a tablespoon of honey in a cup of water and drink it. This will help you in preventing nausea.
  • If the cause of your nauseas is migraine then treating the migraine with proper medication is the only solution to prevent nausea.
  • Ginger tea can also help you in preventing nausea. When you feel like vomiting then add a slice of ginger to your tea and boil it for some time. This will give you relief and prevent nausea.
  • Women who are pregnant are susceptible to the symptoms of nauseas most of the times, during the first three months of pregnancy.
  • In pregnancy you can prevent nauseas by having a control over your diet. Avoid including solid foods in your diet during this period. Drink as much as fluids as you can.
  • A diet that gives you enough amounts of vitamins is very helpful in preventing nausea. Make sure that your diet gives you enough amounts of nutrients and vitamins that can prevent nausea.
  • In severe cases you can also take vitamin B-6 supplements. This will also prevent you from nausea.
  • Keep few crackers and food that are rich in high-carbohydrate near your bed. Nibble them early in the morning. This will also help you in preventing nausea.
  • Avoid eating foods that are fatty and are difficult to digest. If food that you eat is not digested properly then it may cause nausea.
  • Take your meals in small proportions thrice or four times in a day such that it is easy to digest them. This will play a vital role in keeping your away from nausea.
