Steps:
- Take a cotton swab and dip it in petroleum jelly to take out the unwanted mascara from your eyelashes. Just swipe the cotton swab across your eyelids.
- Carefully take the cotton and place it on the spot of mascara and then twist it on both sides. Flip the cotton and swipe it again to clean it properly. This process usually works well to remove mascara.
- Check out some eye make up removers, which are used only for taking out the mascara. Many make-up companies sell these products in the market.
- To avoid the smudgy effect of mascara on your eyelids, after every application clean the mascara wand properly. Take the eye make-up remover in a disposable cup and dip a mascara wand in it, swirl it around a couple of times.
- Let the wand dry before you place it back in the mascara container. This entire process will avoid any lumps in your mascara, and keep it smooth. This will result in a clean and perfect application of mascara.
How to Remove Waterproof Mascara
Things Required:
- Eye make-up remover
- Any baby oil
- Petroleum jelly
- Olive oil (optional)
- Cleansing milk
- Cotton swabs
- Clean and soft cloth
- Eye cream
Steps:
- Get a good eye make-up remover, while choosing an eye make-up remover make sure it belongs to a good company. Always remember that you must use the make-up remover according to the instructions manual.
- Take some cotton swab and soak it in the make-up remover solution, and afterwards dab the swabs on your eyelids. If you do not get a make-up remover, then you can use olive oil or baby oil as a substitute. Always be gentle, you don’t want to pull your eyelashes out so, just press the cotton swabs on your eyelashes and move it in circular motion. You can repeat this process by applying more oil on the cotton swab.
- Now, wash your face with a mild face wash, which suits your skin type. Next, you can clean your face with some cleansing milk and remove the traces of mascara from your face.
Apply some eye cream on your eyes; this will help in regaining the moisture in and around your eyes.
