A job means a “work that has to accomplish”, such as there are works to be done at home i.e. washing, cooking, sewing, etc. A job also means work which is done by an individual for money. A term “job” is generally used when an individual work for someone else (an employer), and get paid for that particular job. There are various categories of job such as, teacher, taxi driver, fireman, doctors, engineers, scientist, salesman, etc. To seek a job, an individual have to go through interview. In a job interview a single applicant has to meet three to four persons representing the employer. A large panel of interview generally has a specialized human resources worker. A job interview meeting can be over in less than half an hour. In job interview, interviewers often ask questions to candidates about his/her qualifications, personality, pervious job history, skills, work style, eligibility. For example, a common interview question would be “what is your “strong point and weak point”. Applicant for lower paid and lower skilled position will have a simpler job interview than those applying for higher positions. There are various types of job interview for various professions, for example, performing artists have to give an audition, and this is an audition in which the prominence is placed on performance capability of the candidate.
